Engine Performance

A boost to engine power helps to propel the truck faster and improve efficiency. One of the easiest and most effective means of achieving this is through the use of cold air intake. When pulled air is made colder and denser, it burns with the fuel to produce greater combustion and therefore greater power.

The addition of a supercharger also helps boost horsepower and torque by increasing air supply to the engine block. Upgrading to a cat-back exhaust system also helps boost airflow and quickly get rid of exhaust gases.

Control Arms/Rear Links

This component coordinates the movement of the wheels and body in relation to the terrain and suspension. While your truck will handle well during ordinary street driving, you will certainly need performance parts for off-roading and racing conditions. This is more so if you have made suspension modifications and fitted larger tires.

To better withstand the increased speed and rough terrain, you will require an upgrade to performance control arms. Original factory arms tend to be more flexible leading to poor steering control. The heavy-duty construction on performance control arms can better contend with the increased power and provide improved alignment for optimal handling.

Poor traction and handling are also often attributed to the rear axle. Rear control arms do a good job of helping the axle retain its expected position and push through more power and traction to the ground.

Bushings

By upgrading from rubber to polymer-based plastic bushings you will enjoy a firmer ride. This performance part provides better absorption of bounce and enhanced control, especially when you are off-roading. Our performance bushings are highly durable, lasting many years without fear of them cracking or sagging with time as with the original rubber parts.

Brake Lines

When pushing your truck to its limits, you need the assurance of firm and responsive brakes whenever you need to slow down or stop. Factory brake lines made of reinforced rubber tend to quickly deteriorate, leaving you with a soft feel to the brakes. Upgrading to Kevlar-reinforced braided stainless steel hoses helps to deliver that strong braking feel for ultimate performance.

Performance brake lines do not soften and expand with age as original factory parts. They quickly respond to hydraulic pressure for quick braking action when needed. The strong material and scratch-resistant construction also make them ideal for supporting off-roading.

Our kits come ready to work with different lift heights. This means you can find hoses that will suitably fit even modified suspensions. There is no need to search for fabrication services when there is sure to be a perfect fit in our selection.

Driving a 4x4 truck should be enjoyable no matter the weather or road conditions. However, many factory-made parts do not hold up well to extra pressure. With quality performance parts you can make the most of what your truck has to offer in terms of power while retaining excellent control, handling, and traction. Stick to quality parts that will provide you long and reliable service from a truck that is running at optimal performance.
